Great views from the upper floor rooms.
I tried contacting customer support several times, but they left me on hold. The hotel was unresponsive, claiming the manager was on vacation. I lost nearly $1300 due to this, and it's disappointing the staff couldn't help me resolve it.

The location was ideal, just a short stroll to major attractions, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. However, finding a supermarket nearby was a bit challenging, and although staff was friendly, they could be more attentive during peak check-in times. The food delivery service was smooth, adding convenience to our trip.
